Enforceable undertakings

An enforceable undertaking is a written direction from a person, in which the person sets out what they will do or refrain from doing, to comply with the National Law and Regulations.

This page contains information on enforceable undertakings entered into with the NSW ECEC Regulatory Authority up to March 2025. Enforceable undertakings from April 2025 onwards will be listed in the Register of enforcement actions.
