Cancellations and suspensions
This page provides details of providers and services that have had their approvals cancelled or suspended by the NSW Department of Education as the NSW ECEC Regulatory Authority up to March 2025.
Cancellations and suspensions from April 2025 onwards will be listed in the Register of enforcement actions.
Information will be displayed on the ‘Other Compliance Actions’ list after all court, tribunal or administrative action is finalised and once any appeal processes have concluded.
Please note that approved providers who are cancelled or suspended are listed on this page under their legal name. If providers have another name registered as their business name (as the name associated with their early childhood education and care business), these will be incorporated into the list of cancellations or suspensions since 1 January 2024 (updated in 2025).
