A Tanken Centre adventure

An interactive escape room-style experience for Stage 4 Japanese students.

A Tanken Centre adventure is an interactive escape room-style experience which leads students through 5 key areas of the Tanken Centre.

Designed for Stage 4 students to consolidate and extend their Japanese language and cultural knowledge, it is also suitable for learners in their first year of studying Japanese.

The adventure is designed to be used with a whole class at a time, with students on individual computers. However, if you experience issues with content loading, we suggest students work in small groups sharing a computer, or you display the adventure to the whole class from your computer and work through the adventure collaboratively.

Note: the adventure works best on desktop or laptop computers, using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. It is not designed for use on phones or iPads.
