This showcase-style session will demonstrate using Canva Projects, folders, and sharing features to organise your work and collaborate effectively. You’ll also learn how to create designs within folders, access content from Projects, and use key editing tools to craft engaging resources.

In this session, we’ll cover:
- Understanding Canva Projects, including categories, filtering, and searching
- Creating and sharing folders, classes, and groups
- Creating new designs directly within folders to maintain organised workflows
- Accessing pages, images, and graphics from the Projects panel within the design editor
- Developing editing skills using text, elements, and comments within designs
This session is ideal for staff who have a basic understanding of Canva and want to develop more efficient ways to organise, create, and collaborate on designs.
