Accessing your compliance history
Guidance on your obligations under regulation 177(3)(b) and how to access your compliance history through the National Quality Agenda IT System (NQA ITS) portal.
08 July 2025
Approved providers are required to keep a record of their compliance, in line with regulation 167 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
Families can ask to view a service’s compliance record at any time.
The compliance record must be made available to any person upon request (Regulation 177(3)(b)). We strongly encourage providers and services to be proactive in sharing with families how they are addressing any compliance issues.
Steps to accessing your compliance history
Approved providers can use the NQA ITS portal to access a report of the statutory compliance actions issued to them in the past 2 years.
- Log in to the NQA ITS portal - if you are an approved provider, you will need to log in to the NQA ITS portal using your credentials.
- Navigate to 'My Provider' - once logged in, select the 'My Provider' option in the top menu bar to access your provider. If you have multiple providers under your login, you can select a different provider by clicking on the change button next to the provider’s name.
- Select ‘View provider information’ - from the 'My Provider’ page, click ‘View provider information’ to access and manage your provider’s information, including compliance records.
